Good value for money.

Premium deluxe room was spacious enough for 3 people and luggage. Bathroom was nice and good water pressure.

Should put a rail or hooks near the shower to hang towels. Also description of hotel needs to updated as there was no Nespresso machine as advertised.

Decent but below my expectations

location was good, about 20 min from the airport by bus, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Interior of room was relatively new and spacious

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, causing me to wake up in the middle of the night suddenly due to itch. Housekeeping was shoddy in that they did not change the bedsheets until I requested for it. Breakfast was so-so

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amber Hotel

Location is good as it is near the airport. The room size is good for the 2 of us to put 2 luggage. Bed sheet is clean. And front desk staff are friendly. We enjoyed our stay at Amber Hotel.

Good value for the money, but it would've been nicer if the hotel staff is more helpful.

The hotel is easy to reach by public bus from Jeju airport. The hotel is right across the bus stop. The hotel room is clean.

When we arrived at the hotel in the evening, we asked about a restaurant we found from the Internet nearby the hotel. The staff didn't check it after looking at the site we showed her, and simply answered that she didn't know the place. So we followed google map, but eventually, the restaurant was not existing anymore, and we were very disappointed the the hotel staff didn't show any will to check and give us the right information about the local restaurant.

pleasant experience

spacious modern clean rooms

hotel only has 8 parking spaces so we were advised not to drive out after checkin (around 5pm) to avoid problems with parking our car later in the evening

Wonderful

Large room with plenty of space for us and our teenage twins and luggage too. Comfy beds, pillows and duvet. Fresh towels daily. Reception staff and housekeeping were friendly.

Only given 1 key, had to ask for another. No air conditioning. Not hotel's fault though, down to Gov't Imposing fines due to energy shortage. Did provide 2 fans though, which really helped.

Very Good

Location was good, 15 min by taxi to airport and right next to shopping district. the breakfast had excellent Korean style breakfast. there were breads, spreads, yogurts and granola too but why eat those in Korea.

the plumbing system in the toilet may have a bit of issue, sometimes there was a sulfur smell coming from the shower drain. most staff were great, except one. on the night of arrival on 22 May 24, the female receptionist was rude and felt condescending.

Booked twin sharing rooms and the beds the hotel provided was 1 single and 1 double. It was very comfortable. Plugs on the walls were all multi sockets so didnt need an adapter. We rented a car and was lucky to get parking at the hotel for our 4 nites stay so we never had to worry where to park

Huge room Comfortable and big beds There is a bowling in the same building if you like to play. Hall is wide and comfortable to stay If you need to take a taxi is easy to find one just in front of the door, independently to the time Airport is really close (2.5 km) and by taxi it takes only 8 minutes and 4.300 KRW

Low level of English from the staff (it's too common in Korea, even in the touristic places) In the shower is easy to flood the floor because the screen is too short Windows could be more isolating

Location - near shopping area and eateries. Easy to get to and fro airport.

Spacious room Comfortable bed with firm mattress Bathroom is big and shower is hot with good pressure Location is very good - close to many eateries and so convenient to airport Strong WiFi

Room is a bit dark as the window faces a wall Seems to be a hotel for tour groups and unfortunately our room was right in the middle of a tour group booking. So much noise and shouting from early in the morning. The hotel should have put us on a floor which is not the same as for tour groups.
